Company Description We are a Silicon Valley-based stealth mode AI startup (ex-Google and Amazon founders), building AI Agents for B2B Content Marketing. Role: Founding Growth Marketing Associate (Part-Time) We're looking for a driven Growth Marketing Associate to join our founding team and own critical growth initiatives. You'll work directly with the CEO to design and execute content campaigns and marketing experiments that drive B2B customer acquisition. This is a pathway to join us in as a Fractional Marketing Manager later in 2025. What You'll Do Design and execute cold outbound experiments Create and execute compelling content marketing playbooks Propose and run new growth experiments Who You Are 2+ years experience as a marketer (ideally B2B) Exceptionally strong writer who can craft compelling B2B narratives and sales copy Strong design aesthetic with an intuition for how to make content pop visually Excited about AI startups, but waiting in the wings for the right opportunity Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can operate with minimal supervision Very curious in AI/ML, especially applied to business use cases Previous experience in B2B marketing or growth roles is a plus Must-Have Skills Exceptional writing abilities, particularly for B2B audiences Experience with content and outbound campaigns (Nice-to-Have) Basic understanding of MarTech landscape and B2B marketing workflows Time Commitment: 20 hours per week (flexible) Why Join Us Work directly with experienced founders from Google and Amazon Test waters with a Silicon Valley AI startup, without quitting your current role Be part of the core founding team of a marketing-native AI startup Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
