Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and SD-WAN technologies , and be capable of leading network modernization, security, and performance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center network architectures that are scalable, secure, and highly available. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent network devices . Manage firewalls, load balancers, proxies, VPNs, and remote access solutions . Lead network transformation or upgrade projects , including SD-WAN implementations and cloud integrations . Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, NetFlow, Wireshark , etc. Work closely with Security, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure secure and optimized network communications. Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, runbooks , and standard operating procedures. Implement network segmentation, NAC (Network Access Control), and security policies in alignment with compliance requirements. Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical escalation point. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering. Strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching (CCNP or equivalent) . Experience configuring and managing firewalls (Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, Palo Alto) . Proficiency in VPN technologies, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS . Experience with Wi-Fi planning and wireless LAN controllers (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus). Hands-on experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and packet analysis tools . Experience working in cloud-connected networks (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments). Preferred Qualifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications . Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet SD-WAN, Versa). Familiarity with Zero Trust Networking and NDR/XDR integration . Soft Skills: Proficiency in English Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead network projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and process-driven mindset.
