Position Overview: We’re seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to nurture relationships with our corporate partners. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for HR leaders and benefits stakeholders, ensuring our clients successfully integrate Wellnite’s services into their employee benefits offerings and that employees receive the highest level of support. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage post-sale relationships with employer clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Act as the primary contact for HR, People, and Benefits teams, ensuring high client satisfaction. Lead client onboarding, implementation, and training processes. Develop and execute strategies to drive employee engagement with Wellnite’s platform. Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention or satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to meet client goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support renewal discussions. Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance reports. Advocate for client needs internally to enhance service delivery. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Partnerships, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or SaaS. Strong relationship-building skills with senior HR, Benefits, and People leaders. Ability to translate client needs into strategic action plans. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Passion for mental health and employee wellbeing preferred. Why Join Wellnite?
