We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist / Sr.Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This role involves managing end-to-end accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and handling TDS/GST compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Title : Accounts Payable Specialist / Sr.Finance Analyst Location: Remote work Work Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM No of Openings: 2 Exp Level : Strictly Between 5 to 10 years of exp only To help expedite your application , we recommend completing a quick video assessment using the following link: Key Responsibilities: Accurately process vendor invoices after proper approval workflows and statutory deductions. Reconcile actual expenses against budgets and report any variances to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and compile data for timely payments and statutory filings, including TDS , GST , and other tax obligations. Develop monthly cash expense budgets to support organizational cash flow forecasting. Conduct periodic ledger scrutiny to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity. Generate monthly reports covering accounts payable activities and other financial metrics. Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, HR, PMO, Operations) to gather and validate financial information. Track unbudgeted expenses and actively engage with internal teams for clarification and resolution. Investigate and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for general financial analysis and assist with broader finance functions. Maintain well-organized and up-to-date documentation for accounts payable and statutory records. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance ; CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is required . Proven experience in budgeting of expenses and preparing outstanding expenses on both cash and accrual basis . Strong understanding of core accounting principles and accounts payable best practices. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks , Google Sheets , and Microsoft Excel . In-depth knowledge of Indian tax regulations , especially TDS and GST . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities . High level of analytical thinking and keen attention to detail . Ability to work independently , take ownership, and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.
