Grow Your Staff is looking for a B2B Media Sales Executive for a leading B2B media and events platform based out of Nairobi, Kenya. The position is a full-time remote position We're seeking a commercially minded Sales Executive who understands the media and events business and thrives in solution-based B2B selling. This is not a transactional sales role—we’re looking for someone who can understand client challenges, craft multi-platform proposals, and drive value through advertising, sponsorship, and demand-generation programs.  Experience required : 4+ years   CTC : 13- 15 LPA Location : Remote  Time : 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday- Friday) Type of employment : Full-time Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and build long-term relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and agencies Sell integrated solutions across multiple channels—print, digital, events, branded content, and lead generation programs Develop custom sponsorship packages and proposals that align with client marketing and business objectives Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting Conduct consultative selling and navigate complex sales cycles Work with internal teams (content, production, audience, and creative) to deliver client campaigns and ensure satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to position offerings strategically Attend industry events, client meetings, and pitch sessions as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  Proven 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media, publishing, events, or marketing solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience selling to or working within the technology industry is a strong advantage Deep understanding of media products: print/digital ads, sponsorships, webinars, whitepapers, and native content Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing ability Entrepreneurial mindset—self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented Team player who collaborates well across departments
