Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, issues, and escalations. Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services. Manage the complete account lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and renewals. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor account health through KPIs, client feedback, and performance reports. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutual business success. Maintain accurate records of account activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Industry-specific experience (e.g., IT, SaaS, Manufacturing, Media). Proven track record of achieving account growth and retention targets. Experience working in B2B or enterprise environments.
