Role Summary: Leo Arts India Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer and exporter of handcrafted home décor and furniture, is looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser – Hardgoods to join our growing team. This role is central to managing international buyer accounts, overseeing product development, and ensuring seamless coordination between production, design, and client requirements. Success in this role means owning the full merchandising cycle—from brief to shipment—while maintaining quality, timelines, and strong relationships with buyers. The candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our wooden and metal product categories across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end merchandising for international hardgoods buyers (wooden & metal décor/furniture) Serve as the primary contact for buyer accounts—handling briefs, sample development, feedback, and approvals Lead product development cycles in collaboration with design and production teams Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, QC standards, and shipping schedules Develop and analyze costing sheets and pricing strategies per SKU and PO Maintain and update TNA (Time & Action) plans for all orders and sampling timelines Coordinate sample dispatches, photo documentation, and presentations for buyers Liaise with QA, logistics, and factory teams to ensure accurate, timely handovers Maintain records of buyer feedback, changes, claims, and technical documentation Qualifications: 5-7 years of merchandising experience in the hardgoods export industry Strong knowledge of wooden and metal products and international buyer expectations Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) Experience handling accounts for major international retailers such as TJX, Ross, Walmart etc. Familiarity with product specs, costing, BOQs, and quality parameters Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic product documentation tools Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Why Join Leo Arts?
