Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Student Recruitment Manager to lead and contribute to our student enrollment efforts. This is a hybrid role combining individual student advisory and conversion responsibilities with team leadership and performance management . The ideal candidate is passionate about international education, has a proven track record in student recruitment, and is capable of driving both personal and team success. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage, coach, and support a team of student counselors/advisors. Set and monitor team performance metrics and enrollment targets. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and quality checks. Ensure effective lead management and CRM compliance. Assist team members in handling complex or high-potential student cases. Individual Contribution Actively manage your own pipeline of student leads from inquiry to enrollment. Advise students and families on suitable programs, universities, and destinations. Follow up with high-intent leads and support them through the admissions process. Represent Gyanberry during virtual events, webinars, and school engagements. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions and progress in the CRM. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred in business, education, or related fields). 4–6 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions counseling, or education consulting. At least 1–2 years of experience managing a small team or mentoring peers. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving individual enrollment targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data tracking. High accountability, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
