Job Title

Fully remote and must be located in India - Contract until the end of 2025 (extensions possible) - $200 per day - Must be able to work CET (Europe) time zone throughout the duration of the contract. Lead ServiceNow Developer, Multinational company experience, SPM/ APM/ CSDM, ServiceNow CMS developments, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow Integrations solutions. A global firm are looking for a remote (based in India) Lead ServiceNow Developer responsible for end-to-end delivery or support of mid-scale ServiceNow CSM initiatives, supervising a mid-size team of external ServiceNow developers. ServiceNow Development Experience: • 10+ years total of ServiceNow practical experience related to: - SPM development and support – at least 5 years - APM development and support – at least 3 years - CSDM implementation – at least two implementations Experience • Experience in leading projects • Experience in leading a small team for at least 3/4 years. • Experience in de-customization of ServiceNow instances is an advantage Skills: • Expert-level ServiceNow development skills • Good understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, and having development experience in Agile projects • Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and awareness of the latest trends and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform • Ability to initiate customer interfacing meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts • Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified • Proven technical writing and documentation skills • Fluent in English   Lead/Senior ServiceNow Developer, Multinational company experience, SPM/ APM/ CSDM, ServiceNow CMS developments, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow Integrations solutions.
