About the Role We are hiring a Remote Legal Assistant based in India to support a network of 10 U.S.-based law firms . This role involves answering inbound calls, managing attorney schedules, and booking client consultations efficiently and professionally. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing an exceptional standard of service across all firms. Key Responsibilities Answer and screen inbound calls across multiple law firms Provide courteous and professional support to clients, gathering key information and ensuring smooth intake Schedule appointments and consultations with attorneys using firm-specific calendars Maintain accurate records of client communications and bookings Handle high call volume while ensuring attention to detail and client care Communicate with attorneys and firm staff as needed to confirm availability and manage calendar changes Ensure follow-up and reminders for scheduled calls or meetings Qualifications Fluent English (both spoken and written) with a professional phone manner Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or customer service role preferred Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (e.g., EST/PST) Tech-savvy: able to manage multiple scheduling platforms (Calendly, Clio, Google Calendar, etc.) Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask across multiple firm workflows Calm and composed under pressure with strong interpersonal skills Work Environment Fully remote (must have reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet working space) Collaborative, fast-paced environment serving multiple law firms in various practice areas Training provided on firm-specific processes and tools Why Join Us?
