For more information, visit Job Summary: This support role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing his complex calendar, arranging travel, handling confidential communications, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and anticipating their needs to ensure smooth daily operations and effective decision-making, often acting as a "gatekeeper" to the CEO's time and prioritizing critical matters; requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and discretion skills to effectively support the company's top leader. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal/external calls, ensuring time is allocated efficiently. Communication Management: Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritize and route accordingly, draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO, and manage sensitive communications. Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, gather relevant materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Document Management: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting. Executive Support: Conduct research, compile data, and provide information to support the CEO's decision-making. Board and Stakeholder Interaction: Coordinate with the Board of Directors, providing administrative support for board meetings and related activities. Project Management: Assist with specific projects assigned by the CEO, managing timelines and deliverables. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the CEO and the company. Job Location & Schedule: This job is an onsite job at Logile Bhubaneswar Office. It is expected that the selected candidate will be available to work flexible hours to support the CEO’s work hours with maximum overlap. Skills & Experience: Mandatory Exceptional Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex schedules effectively. Strong Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders Proactive and Anticipatory skills Ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues Discretion and Confidentiality Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive information Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other relevant software Professionalism and Etiquette Maintain a professional demeanor and appropriate business etiquette when representing the CEO Desirable Post Graduate / Graduate degree with good academic record Extensive experience in multi-tasking Experience 5-7 years of post PG/Graduation experience Experience in senior EA roles preferably in the s/w industry Opportunities for Growth: The right person can grow as a member of the Company’s strategy and operations function
