Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Gurgaon. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing communication between the company and its customers and Generate revenue. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives and contributing to overall customer engagement and retention. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Sales Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
