DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist in daily preparation of bakery items as per recipes and set standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and ensure strict adherence to the HACCP standards Minimize wastage and always ensure the efficient utilization of equipment. Maintain optimal par stock levels by accurately managing inventory, placing orders, and retrieving supplies as needed. To acknowledge and respond to the guest queries, feedback and requests courteously. To stay updated with market trends and best practices in wellness cuisine.
