Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) to drive new business and expand our presence in the Indian market. As an AE, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals with enterprise-level clients. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential enterprise customers in the Indian market across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and government. Sales Cycle Management: Own the sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing, driving revenue growth in line with company goals. Product Demonstrations & POCs: Conduct product demos and create customised proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for prospective clients, highlighting how ContraVault AI can solve their challenges. Strategic Sales Engagement: Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the CXO and VP levels, positioning ContraVault AI as the go-to platform for risk mitigation and tender management. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategic sales efforts. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and report progress through CRM tools. Required Skills & Experience 4–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS or legal-tech domain. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing long sales cycles. Experience engaging with senior executives, including C-suite and VP-level clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of contract management, procurement, or tendering solutions is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales activities.
