As we scale across verticals, we are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader who can drive strategic hiring and help shape the next phase of Inshorts' growth story. Role Overview As Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end hiring across business, product, tech, and leadership functions. You'll partner with CXOs and function heads to define hiring plans, improve hiring velocity, and elevate our employer brand. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Hiring Ownership: Drive the full-cycle hiring process for all roles across functions Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Founders, CXOs and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and define talent needs Sourcing Strategy: Design innovative sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, AngelList, niche communities) and build talent pipelines Team Management: Lead and mentor a small but high-performing TA team; scale as needed Process Design: Own and improve TA processes-JD calibration, structured interviews, candidate experience, ATS management Data-Driven Decisioning: Track and report key metrics (TAT , offer acceptance, cost-per-hire, diversity) and use insights to improve hiring outcomes Employer Branding: Work with marketing and leadership to position Inshorts as a top employer brand in media and tech sectors ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a fast-growth startup or tech environment Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution ability Strong network among talent / agencies / headhunters Demonstrated success in hiring for product, tech, business, and leadership roles Comfortable working with data, hiring dashboards, and tools like ATS (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Background in top-tier firms or academic institutions is a strong plus
