JOB ROLE: DotNet Web Developer JOB TYPES: Full-time, Regular / Permanent SCHEDULE Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability whenever required for urgent client delivery EXPERIENCE: Web development React js & Backend stack : 3-5 years (Required) CTC: 8 -10 LPA (Negotiable) INDUSTRY: IT Services / Technology ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using C# and .NET Core. Build and expose RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications. Work on multi-tenant SaaS architecture, ensuring data isolation, scalability, and performance. Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and work with complex relational databases (MS SQL Server). Deploy and manage applications on IIS, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. Implement logging, and monitoring for production readiness. Collaborate closely with front-end developers; familiarity with ReactJS is an added advantage. Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation. Ensure application security (OWASP guidelines), data privacy, and compliance readiness. Document all integrations done and review use cases with the Product Manager and Solutions Architect. Work with the Solutions Architect to Identify integration points, configuration requirements, network requirements, and training requirements. Experience in working with API and JSON. SKILLSET REQUIREMENT Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core , C#, Web API, and Entity Framework. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and query tuning. Hands-on experience with IIS for hosting and managing web applications. Understanding of SaaS architecture, multi-tenancy, and cloud deployment patterns. Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture principles. Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and task tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Skill for writing reusable libraries. Experience with popular web application frameworks {{MVC, Entity Framework, .Net Core} Experience with REST API s would be a plus. Sound in Windows applications, services, and console Application. Experience in deploying .NET web applications, IIS servers, SQL servers, Active directories will be plus Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. bNICE TO HAVE/ADDED ADVANTAG Exposure to ReactJS for front-end development.
