Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives and breathes content. This is a content-first, execution-heavy individual contributor role for someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish compelling visual stories that reflect UB City’s luxury appeal without creative team dependencies. This person will be the digital voice and visual eye of UB City executing the brand’s social media strategy through daily on-ground content creation, real-time posting, and retail collaboration. Key Responsibilities Content Creation (Primary Focus – 70% of Role) Shoot original photo and video content on a regular basis across UB City’s spaces, brand stores, events, installations, and more. Create engaging Reels, Stories and carousels that align with brand tone and drive engagement. Capture content for store launches, seasonal refreshes, new arrivals , product highlights, and in-mall experiences. Edit visual assets using mobile or desktop tools with minimal turnaround time basic video editing, transitions, sound syncing, and color correction . Social Media Execution Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Draft compelling copy and CTAs tailored to each platform. Monitor trends, audio, hashtags, and community buzz to keep content relevant and platform native. Cover events live or same-day ensuring high-quality capture and fast editing turnaround. Retail & Brand Partner Collaboration Work closely with luxury retail partners to conceptualize and co-create content around product collections, brand campaigns, and offers. Coordinate with store managers and visual merchandisers for in-store shoots and seasonal updates. Meta Advertising (Basic Execution) Run basic sponsored post promotions through Meta Ads Manager to increase visibility and reach for key posts and events. Track post-performance, insights, and suggest creative optimization ideas. Must-Have Skills & Tools Proven ability to shoot and edit content independently (portfolio/Instagram must reflect this). Strong grip on mobile-first editing tools: CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Canva, VN Editor , or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere Rush). Understanding of luxury brand language and visual aesthetics. Platform fluency especially Instagram , and some experience with Meta Ads Manager . Excellent sense of visual storytelling, framing, and creating "thumb-stopping" content. Comfortable with on-ground, real-time execution and working solo with minimal supervision.
