Role Overview We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. From Instagram Reels to X, memes to moodboards — you’ll be the voice of the brand, crafting content that connects and builds community. Key Responsibilities Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms. Plan and create engaging content — from styling reels, product drops, influencer shoutouts to behind-the-scenes clips. Collaborate with the design team on campaigns, photoshoots, and content calendars. Track trends, youth culture moments, and viral formats — and act fast on them. Coordinate with influencers and creators for collabs and content partnerships. Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly. Respond to DMs, comments, and drive community conversations. Manage shoot schedules, prop curation, and short video scripting when needed. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands. Sharp sense of aesthetics, trending formats, and Gen Z language. Comfortable shooting content on phone and directing creatives when needed. Bonus if you know basic editing (CapCut/InShot/Canva) or have handled creator collabs. A passion for streetwear, fashion, and internet culture is a must .
