Job Title: Manager - Accounts Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: 5 to 8 years Salary Range: upto 9 LPA (depending on experience and skill set ) Immediate Joiners Preferred Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling monthly closing of books, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Monthly Closing of Books: Responsible for the accurate and timely closing of books each month Preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet: Generate and prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets to ensure financial accuracy. Monthly Accruals : Ensure that all necessary accruals are made accurately, and any adjustments are accounted for properly. Data Preparation for Reports : Compile and prepare financial data for reporting purposes, ensuring that the information is both accurate and presented in a timely manner. Cash Flow Reporting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of cash flow reports to evaluate the company’s financial health. Expense Analysis : Review and analyze company expenses to ensure adherence to the budget, and suggest improvements or optimizations where necessary. Liability Management: Maintain records of liabilities and ensure accurate reporting of outstanding payments. Ad-Hoc Reports: Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the management team. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and resolve any discrepancies. Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and prepare documents for internal or external audits. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (up to 10 years of experience is acceptable). Strong understanding of accounting principles, including monthly closing, P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and accruals. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and accounting software. Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team. Good communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
