Position Details Job Title : Key Account Manager – Automotive OE Location : Pune Qualification : B.E. (Automobile / Mechanical / Mechatronics), MBA in Marketing Reporting to: Head Sales – Automotive OE Job Description: Business Development & Key Account Management: Key account management including new business development activities for western region customers (Mahindra, Bajaj, VECV, TATA Motors, John Deere, Piaggio etc.) Handling Existing customers and growing the business in West region. Generating and handling RFQs, Pricing (commercial proposal, settlement), Price increase, Overdue payment collection etc. Developing new business horizon for new products Develop relationships in the field of specific market segments (OEMs – Two-Wheeler, 3 Wheelers, Commercial Vehicles, Passenger Vehicle, FT / Farmtrac / Tractor / Agricultural / Off Highway & Construction Equipment Identify prospective customers across OEMs & Tier-1s related to allotted product range. Drive projects through entire life cycle: market research and plan, new product development where necessary, lead generation, qualification at customer(s), and commercialization. Coordinate with customer and technical teams for any technical discussion. Lead with the support of Product Line Managers and Technical Service department on new products, and new application launches within specific segment including the “commercialization” stage of the Stage Gate process. Manage and present to internal stakeholders the project pipeline Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Products to be handled in JKFIL: Belt Drive Systems (Belt, Tensioner, Idler) Oil Seals Water Pumps Hoses Anti-vibration Mounts / Rubber molded Parts Key Result areas: Proven experience in New Business Development & Key Account Management. The ability to build rapport with key clients. The ability to handle multiple client accounts. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
