Job Title: Account & Finance Manager Company: Chemicals Manufacturing Location: Andheri West, Mumbai CTC: 12–15 LPA Working Days: 6 days/week About the Role: Shree Hari Chemicals is seeking an experienced Account & Finance Manager to lead our accounting operations at our Andheri West office. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from the manufacturing industry with a strong background in end-to-end finance and compliance management. Key Responsibilities: Finalization of balance sheets and financial statements. Manage receivables, payables, and cash flow to ensure smooth operations. Oversee GST, TDS, and all statutory compliances. Coordinate and manage audits (internal & statutory). Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with Inter CA qualification. Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounts, specifically from the manufacturing industry. Strong hands-on expertise in balance sheet finalization, GST, TDS, audits, and compliance. Desired Skills: Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
