Required Skills & Qualifications : • 2+ years of experience in social media management (experience in the wedding or creative industry is a bonus). • Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reels. • Creative eye for aesthetics and storytelling. • Excellent written and verbal communication. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.). Key Responsibilities : • Content Strategy & Planning • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with wedding seasons and brand campaigns. • Stay ahead of trends in the wedding, photography, and content creation spaces. • Content Creation & Curation • Write engaging captions, reels scripts, and post copy that reflects the tone and heart of Wedding Theory. • Work with editors and designers to create visually striking content (reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes, testimonials). • Repurpose client content into social-ready formats. • Community Management • Respond to DMs, comments, and queries across all platforms with empathy and clarity. • Engage with potential leads, collaborators, and followers to build a thriving online community. • Growth & Analytics • Monitor analytics, set performance KPIs, and report growth insights monthly. • Work with SEO and hashtags to improve organic reach. • Identify opportunities for paid ads or influencer tie-ups. • Collaboration • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and the marketing team to source and schedule content. • Occasionally liaise with clients for repost permissions and content approvals.
