Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the branded apparel industry in India. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the targeted apparel market. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including boutiques, Maga fashion stores, and other retail partners. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using this information to inform sales strategies. Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate our product line to potential clients, emphasizing the quality, Trendy designs, and unique features of our apparel. Sales Agreements: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to secure new business. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for business growth. Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, fashion events, and other industry-related gatherings to promote our brand and expand our network. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the branded apparel industry in India. Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the high-end apparel market, distribution channels including key players, trends, and customer preferences. Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a track record of closing significant deals. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
