Job Responsibilities: ✔ Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department ✔ Oversee the accounting, monthly, and year-end closure process. Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation. ✔ Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements, i.e. both standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement. ✔ Coordinating with external auditors to get the year-end audits completed. ✔ Review of journal entries, accruals, provision, amortizations, and BS reconciliation. Ensuring all operational transactions are properly captured in the accounting and ensuring whether the proper process is followed. ✔ Key contributor in Income tax, TDS, GST, and Transfer pricing compliance including preparation/review of deliverables, liaising with the consultant, and ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances are done ✔ Participate and lead the key accounting projects as and when undertaken. ✔ Ensuring smooth flow of data and information from business to Finance and vice versa. ✔ This position will support the Management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures, and policies. Skills Required: ✔ Isprava is looking for the Successful Accounts & Finance Manager ✔ Chartered Accountant- Having a minimum experience of 5 years of experience in preparation of both Accounting and management and statutory accounts and Taxation. ✔ Have led a team size of at least 8-12 FTEs in a current or previous stint ✔ Preferred candidate with a prior Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, EPC ✔ Exposure to IND AS, including migration from Indian GAAP to IND AS ✔ Strong Knowledge of Tally ✔ Good team handling skills ✔ Good Communication Skills ✔ Knowledge of working on the Farvision ERP will be an added advantage Qualification: ✔ CA qualified
