Job Role: Client Relationship Manager - Social Media Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location: Malad West, Mumbai We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to handle end-to-end communication and coordination with clients for their social media and digital marketing campaigns. You will act as the key point of contact, ensuring timely delivery, smooth execution, and strong client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand client business objectives and social media goals Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video, paid ads) to ensure timely delivery Create and manage project timelines, briefs, and communication flow Lead regular client review meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through Handle feedback loops, revision tracking, and performance updates Share monthly campaign reports and strategic insights with clients Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Work closely with leadership to support client retention and satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management (preferably in a social media/digital marketing agency) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and campaign performance metrics Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously Experience using project management tools is a plus (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
