You’ll be responsible for planning and executing performance-driven campaigns across Google and Meta, targeting international markets and driving high-quality lead generation. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Define targeting strategies to reach brand marketers, founders, and CXOs  in key global markets Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, and ROI Own budget planning, media buying, A/B testing, and performance reporting Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to craft compelling, effective ad content Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously improve campaign performance through insights What We’re Looking For 7+ years of proven experience  in performance marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and ad reporting tools Prior experience in a digital or creative agency  handling global campaigns is preferred Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus Why Growth Narrative?
