The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, generate leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships within the HR and staffing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hyderabad region across RPO, payroll, and staffing services. • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and deal closure. • Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, client references, and industry events. • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, and delivery) to ensure service excellence and smooth onboarding. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to fine-tune sales strategy. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets. • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.
