Own day-to-day campaign management: budgets, bids, targeting, creative rotation, and pacing. Track and optimize for cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA/CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS); scale winners, cut losers fast. Set up and QA all tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tags, UTM params, conversions, events in GA4/GTM). Fix gaps before launch. Run structured A/B and multivariate tests (creative, offer, audience, page). Document learnings and next steps. Create remarketing and nurture flows (email/SMS) for people who click but don’t register, and for trial/lead follow-ups. Pull and clean data in Sheets/Excel (SQL bonus) for cohort, funnel, and LTV reporting. Build weekly and monthly dashboards (GA4 / Looker Studio / similar) the team can read at a glance. Monitor ad policy compliance (Meta, Google) and request approvals/appeals as needed. You’ll Crush This Job If You Have 3–5 yrs running ROI-positive Meta + Google ad accounts (≥ $20k/mo budgets). Proven track record hitting CAC ↓ and ROAS ↑ targets in info-products, SaaS, or e-learning. Hands-on with GA4, Meta Events, GTM , and one BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Data Studio).
