No.22WS(0007)/2023-24/EMR-II/ASPIRE ) for a temporary period purely on a contractual basis as per the following details:Position:Junior Research Fellow (JRF)Number of Vacancy: 01Project Title:Catalytic Reforming of Simulated Bio Oil for Hydrogen ProductionFunding Agency:Council of Industrial and Scientific Research (CSIR)Investigators:Prof. Banasri Roy, Department of Chemical Engineering, BITS Pilani, Pilani CampusProject Tenure:Two Years. Could be extended to the Third yearJob Description:The JRF is expected to carry independent literature study, Catalytic activity study using custom reactor set up, characterizations (XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM, FTIR, DTA-TGA, RAMAN, etc) of the catalysts and data analysis. He/She will compare these results with the existing relevant literature and apply scientific/engineering knowledge to analyze those and write paper/patent.Qualification: Minimum Qualification:B.S. 4 years programme BPharm/ MBBS/ Integrated BS-MS/MSc/ BE/BTech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test- the score card must be valid at the time of interview.Desirable Qualifications:M. Sc//BE/BTech/M.E./M.Tech. (with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test -the score card must be valid at the time of interview) or equivalent degree in Chemistry/Physics/Chemical Engineering /Material Science / Nano Technology or relevant areas.Upper Age Limit: Age not exceeding 28 years.
