You’ll drive ROI, increase customer acquisition, and scale our ad spend efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Develop, launch and manage end‑to‑end performance campaigns (PPC, social ads, retargeting)Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and implement continuous A/B testsOptimize bidding, creatives, and audience segments to hit monthly KPIsCollaborate with creative, content and analytics teams to craft high‑impact ad assetsBuild dashboards and reports for leadership, providing actionable insightsStay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formatsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience (e‑commerce or D2C preferred)Proven track record in scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads with strong ROIExpertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) and Excel/Looker/TableauSolid understanding of funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and conversion trackingExcellent communication skills and a test‑and‑learn mindsetPassion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus!
