Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Bangalore, Kochi or Trivandrum Experience Level: 6-10 Years Industry: IT Services / Technology / SaaS Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our Consulting business social media initiatives across global platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's voice, driving engagement, and expanding our online presence. The ideal candidate will be someone aspiring to build a career in Corporate Marketing & Communications and have hands-on experience managing social media presence for an IT services/technology/Saas company. Experience in/exposure to other areas of corporate marketing, brand building, and internal and external communications is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive Consulting social media strategy aligned with business goals, targeting IT and technology product audiences. Curate and create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including graphics, images, videos, and written content, that resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms. Implement the production and scheduling of content across , Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels. Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation. Actively engage with the online community, responding to inquiries, managing feedback, proactively addressing any issues or crises, and fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers. Utilize analytics tools to track social media KPIs, analyse performance data, and generate insights to inform future campaigns. Provide regular reports to senior leadership. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and industry teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Experiment with new formats, tools, and campaigns to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation. Support brand development and awareness building efforts as required across internal and external communications channels, press releases, website, and with external agencies, partners and influencers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a SaaS or IT services companies. Strong understanding of social media channels and analytics. Proven hands-on experience with social media platforms such as and YouTube Experience crafting the organic social media strategy, curating and writing content that increases visibility and engagement, and effectively promoting thought leadership Experience in other areas of corporate marketing, brand building, and internal and external communications is desirable Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Independent, driven, self-starter, can develop and create content, be responsible from end-to-end
