Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) who align with ASAYA’s values and aesthetic. Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations — from outreach and negotiation to briefings, execution, and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers to foster long-term partnerships. Ensure all influencer content is brand-aligned, visually on-brand, and adheres to campaign objectives. Track campaign performance, gather analytics, and report on key metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate closely with the content, performance, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone. Stay on top of skincare and influencer marketing trends — what creators are talking about, what’s working, and what’s not. Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, seeding, PR boxes, and viral moments. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably for a skincare, beauty, or wellness brand. Strong communication skills – you know how to write a great pitch, and you’re comfortable negotiating with talent. Deep understanding of the creator economy, especially on Instagram and YouTube. Someone organized and detail-oriented — juggling multiple creators, timelines, and campaigns doesn’t overwhelm you. A natural relationship builder – you’re warm, reliable, and approachable. A passion for skincare is a huge plus. You understand ingredients, claims, and what excites beauty creators.
