As a React Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting the user experience of our products. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality front-end applications. Your role will involve creating intuitive, responsive user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with our back-end systems. You will contribute to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, playing an integral part in the growth and success of keeplearningOS.  Detailed roles and responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React.  Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.  Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code and deliver visually appealing user interfaces.  Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use across various projects and applications.  Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability across different devices and browsers.  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth user experiences and application performance.  Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development.  Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.  Ensure accessibility standards are met, creating inclusive experiences for all users.  The profile of an ideal candidate  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.  Proven experience (4+ years) in front-end development, with a track record of building and delivering responsive, high-quality web applications.  Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React, with a deep understanding of core concepts and best practices.  Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to consume them efficiently in a React application.  Experience with testing frameworks and tools for front-end applications  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders  Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for technology, innovation, and building successful products in a start-up environment.  Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.  Why you should join us  An opportunity to work closely with founders, set in place foundational processes & systems to allow us to scale, and to build teams under oneself  First-hand exposure and opportunity to contribute to how an early-stage SaaS start- up grows on the global stage  Working in a close-knit and fast-paced team that’s driven by a shared vision &  ambition, and where contributions see immediate impact  Learning and professional development, by wearing multiple hats at the same time and gaining exposure to diverse aspects of business  Deep mentorship from industry veterans
