Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Understand client health goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs through detailed consultation. Sales Conversion: Convert incoming leads into paying customers through consistent follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person interactions (if required). Product Knowledge: Clearly explain our various diet plans and offerings, addressing any concerns or queries clients may have. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining quality engagement and ethical selling practices. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client profiles, and interactions using CRM software and tools. Team Coordination: Work closely with the nutrition and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and delivery of services. Client Retention: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, encouraging referrals, renewals, and long-term relationships. Requirements: Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle services. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada is a plus). Sales Skills: Ability to understand diverse client needs and recommend tailored diet plans or services accordingly. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and online communication tools. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field is a bonus). Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-driven, customer-centric, and enthusiastic about promoting healthy living.
