Profile Title: Financial Literacy Trainer Profile Type: Full Time Profile Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Profile Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Financial Literacy Trainer to join our team create and lead engaging, interactive training sessions for diverse groups of students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured content on essential financial topics and fostering a positive learning environment that empowers students to make informed financial decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, customise, and deliver interactive sessions on topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, credit management, loans, insurance, and taxation. Simplify complex financial concepts using real-life examples, activities, games, and multimedia tools. Track students’ progress through quizzes, surveys, or assessments and provide feedback. Maintain records of sessions conducted, attendance, and outcomes for reporting and improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in training, teaching, or financial consulting (experience in financial literacy programs is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of primary, middle, and high school. Passionate about financial empowerment and social impact.
