This is regarding Job opening for Compliance role with A Fund management firm in Mumbai. JD:- Assisting Compliances of GIFT City - FME and SEZ regulations for GIFT city Shall be responsible for accurate periodic filings of FME as per the due date prescribed SEZ regulations and ISFCA regulations Coordination with Administrator, bank custodian, Clients, Team members and other entities in GIFT. Reviewing and Drafting of Fund Documents, Constitutional Documents and Policies Assisting in AML Compliances. Requirements:- CS/ LLB/ Any professional qualification or post graduate degree in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market or banking from a university or an institution recognized by the Central Government or any State Government or a foreign university Minimum 2-3 years of experience in activities in the securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management Interested candidates can share their cv on OR call on 8511915231.
