Position Title: Institutional Tie-Up & Market Expansion Manager Location : Mumbai Region (Thane Region) Reporting To : Director & CEO Work Mode : On-site | 6 Days Working Objective of the Role: To drive Finplan Edu's growth by establishing strategic tie-ups with Commerce Colleges affiliated to Mumbai University, executing awareness seminars, and expanding the reach of embedded , BBA & MBA degree programs. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): 1. Institutional Outreach & Tie-Ups Identify and approach degree colleges (Commerce/Management) under Mumbai University for partnerships. Establish 10+ strategic institutional tie-ups within 5 months (target: by 2025). Sign MoUs with colleges for /BBA/MBA embedded program integration. 2. Channel Partner Development Identify and onboard channel partners/agents who can directly source admissions. Train and manage agents to represent Finplan's offerings accurately and energetically. 3. Seminar Planning & Execution Plan, coordinate, and conduct seminars across tied-up institutions. Ensure seminar logistics, student engagement, and speaker preparation are executed smoothly. Represent Finplan Edu as the “Loud Speaker” – deliver strong, confident presentations to drive student interest and enrollments. 4. Strategic Market Expansion Execute campaigns to create visibility and brand recall of Finplan Edu in the Mumbai region. Explore liaison opportunities with college associations and educational governing bodies. Expand awareness about FP's embedded education model in the academic ecosystem. 5. Relationship Management & Liasioning Build and maintain long-term relationships with college principals, HODs, trustees, and key decision-makers. Serve as a single point of contact for institutions regarding academic collaborations, operational execution, and escalations. 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain weekly reports on outreach, tie-up progress, seminar impact, and partner performance. Share qualitative insights and feedback from colleges to align marketing and academic delivery teams. Required Skills & Strengths: Excellent network marketing & B2B sales experience (preferably in education). Strong liaisoning skills with college authorities. Public speaking ability for seminars. Proven experience in institutional sales or academic collaborations. Organized and result-driven, with the ability to meet aggressive outreach targets.
