This role requires someone who is organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling front desk operations, assisting the sales team, managing basic banking work, and booking sold units in the company system. Key Responsibilities: Sales Office Management Maintain the sales office environment professionally — ensure all systems, stationery, refreshments, and display materials are in place. Supervise cleanliness, security coordination, and readiness of the office for client visits. Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff for upkeep. Client Interaction & Sales Support Greet walk-in clients and coordinate their meetings with sales team members. Handle client registration, maintain enquiry/booking forms, and update basic client information. Schedule site visits and ensure seamless client experience at the office. Booking & CRM System Updates Assist in booking sold units in the internal system or ERP/Excel tracker. Coordinate with CRM team for updating client details, documentation, and payment statuses. Help sales team with preparing allotment letters, payment receipts, and booking kits. Banking & Admin Work Visit banks when required for cheque deposits, documents, and account-related coordination. Maintain basic expense records for office or sales operations. Handle courier/dispatch of important documents like agreements or invoices. Reporting & Internal Coordination Maintain daily walk-in, enquiry, and visit logs in Excel/CRM. Update MIS reports and communicate daily status with sales head or admin manager. Support coordination between sales, CRM, accounts, and management team. Candidate Profile: Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in real estate, admin, back-office, or front-desk coordination. Must be well-organized, multi-tasking, and reliable in handling confidential work. Strong in MS Excel , documentation, and basic understanding of sales processes. Should be comfortable in field visits (e.g., bank, courier, document handling). Good communication in Hindi and English is essential.
