Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Sales & Business Development team as a Senior Executive – Sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, presenting our real estate offerings effectively, and supporting the sales process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage prospective clients visiting the project site. Clearly explain the project offerings, features, and amenities through walkthroughs and presentations. Stay updated with competitor projects, pricing, and positioning in the local market. Highlight the organization’s competitive advantages in comparison to nearby projects. Handle customer queries and follow up regularly to drive sales closure. Maintain timely and effective communication with leads to address doubts and facilitate decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Tamil and English Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Ability to adapt to new situations and work independently Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales or any customer-facing role Real estate experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
