Role Summary We are looking for a Sales Executive – Terex Mobile Crushers to join our growing team in Pune . This is a full-time, on-site role focused exclusively on driving sales of Terex Mobile Crushers across Maharashtra and Goa. The ideal candidate will have solid field experience in construction equipment sales , particularly in the crusher, stone crushing, or aggregate industry , with the ability to convert leads into business, build strong customer relationships, and work with internal teams for seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads for Terex mobile crushers Visit stone crushers, infrastructure sites, and contractors to pitch Terex solutions Prepare quotations, conduct demos, and handle negotiation and deal closure Build and maintain customer relationships in assigned regions Coordinate with service and marketing teams for pre- and post-sales support Maintain sales reports and update CRM tools regularly Conduct market research on competitors and share actionable insights Skills Required Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills In-depth knowledge of the crushing and screening equipment market Self-driven with strong time management and follow-up skills Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity Ability to travel across Maharashtra and Goa for field visits Educational Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Mining, or related field Additional certifications in sales or heavy machinery will be an advantage Experience 3 years of experience in field sales Prior experience with crushing & screening equipment or heavy machinery preferred Why Join Us?
