Company Description We at HQ institute of technology are actively looking for trainers who can deliver on-site training to the students, We offer the following courses -- Full Stack Development AWS DevOps Systems Engineering Basic Computer Skills (Includes Microsoft 365 apps) Tally & Accounting CAD & PLM training Role Description This is a part-time / full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer, located in Vijaywada. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, assessing training needs, and creating training materials. The Trainer will also conduct training sessions, both theoretical and practical, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the organization. Qualifications Ability to deliver training sessions and create training materials Excellent Communication skills necessary for delivering instructions and explanations Strong Training skills to ensure effective knowledge transfer Proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects of technical training Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
