Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager, located in Thane. The Human Resource Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR strategies, implementing policies, training and developing staff, managing payroll, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Skills in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management Experience in HR Strategy Development and Policy Implementation Proficiency in Training and Staff Development Understanding of Labor Laws and Compliance Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
