Job Title: Administration Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Administration Executive to manage and support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient resource management, and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee general office operations and administrative functions. * Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff. * Maintain and organise records, databases, and filing systems. * Coordinate with different departments for smooth internal communication. * Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of equipment. * Support in budget preparation and expense tracking. * Create and submit admin reports as required. * Ensure compliance with organisation policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in any stream * Proven experience in administrative roles. At least 2 years of experience  * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in speaking English. * Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
