With a fast-scaling business and a strong cohort of engaged users, we are looking for a sharp, fashion-savvy Merchandising Manager  to shape what users see and shop on our app and website. Role Overview As Merchandising Manager , you will own the customer-facing presentation of jewelry across the Eternz app and website. From homepage banners to curated collections, you'll determine what to showcase, how to showcase it, and when, all driven by data, trends, and aesthetics. You’ll collaborate across design, marketing, and tech to bring the best of jewelry and styling to life visually and contextually. Key Responsibilities Own Homepage & Key Pages:  Plan and manage all merchandising content for homepage, category pages, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions. Trend-Driven Curation:  Identify emerging trends in fashion and jewelry to drive curated edits and seasonal stories. Data-Led Decisions:  Analyze performance of banners, widgets, and collections. Use insights to continuously optimize placements and conversions. Collection Planning:  Work with brand and buying teams to identify key collections to feature. Curate “Shop the Look,” “Bestsellers,” “Celebrity-Inspired,” and other edits. Visual Merchandising:  Ensure aesthetic consistency and strong visual appeal across placements, aligned with the brand tone. Campaign Merchandising:  Align merchandising with marketing calendars, festive, weddings, launches, collaborations, etc. A/B Testing & Iteration:  Run experiments on merchandising elements (images, copy, CTA placements) to improve engagement and conversion. Cross-Team Collaboration:  Work closely with creative, marketing, tech, and brand teams to execute merchandising strategies effectively. What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle e-commerce. Strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling. Deep understanding of fashion trends, jewelry categories, and consumer behavior. Hands-on experience with data tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.). Analytical mindset with a creative sensibility - can interpret performance data into visual decisions. Proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Ability to think both strategically and tactically - from big-picture vision to executional detail. Nice to Have Experience working with marketplaces or multi-brand platforms.
