Roles and Responsibilities:Coordinate activities and exchange information with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives to resolve mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MEP) issues.- Prepare and manage contract items lists for components, materials, and systems to ensure Required-on-Job (ROJ) dates align with the project schedule, with appropriate approvals. Participate in schedule update meetings to confirm compliance.- Evaluate, submit, track, and review equipment, materials, and shop drawing submittals for compliance, completeness, and coordination with trades.- Facilitate the MEP Coordination Process with the team to document progress and ensure quality control, focusing on the constructability of BIM models and MEP system overlays.- Conduct weekly progress and procurement reviews with MEP teams to provide management updates.- Evaluate and manage the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs) and support budget management, including reviewing and assessing change orders.- Investigate and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and operations/maintenance protocols.- Facilitate the execution of the turnover process, including start-up, testing, commissioning, closeout, securing warranties, and providing operations/maintenance manuals, training, spare parts, and specialty tools to ensure successful system acceptance.- Participate in regular project meetings to confirm MEP work is proceeding according to contract documents, coordination drawings, and approved submittals.- Develop and execute a quality control plan with team members.- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.Desired Candidate:Must have experience in EPC project with Min. 15+ Years in High Rise Buildings.Experience in Airport ProjectsQualifications:B.Tech./ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical.
