About the Role The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Responsibilities Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations Ensure Customer quality, Inhouse quality and supplier quality Establish, monitor and maintain the entire systems in the company according to IATF Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering preferably Electrical. 10+ years' relevant work experience in the quality department in a wire harness company Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Required Skills Critical thinking Attention to detail Leading the quality team Full knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001 and various QA tools Excellent computer knowledge including Advanced Excel Good knowledge of English, Marathi and Hindi.
