About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Fashion Consultant to join our team at our flagship store on Elgin Road. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who understands the nuances of the bridal and couture industry and can deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert consultation and styling advice to clients for bridal and couture collections. Champion pre-sales and post-sales service to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Manage the entire sales cycle — from client onboarding and consultation to order closure and delivery follow-ups. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-through. Maintain a deep understanding of current trends, fabrics, fits, and finishing details relevant to bridal and couture wear. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in bridal or couture fashion. Proven track record of successfully closing high-value orders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. Passionate, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-ups.
