We are looking for a Google Performance Marketing Specialist  to lead and scale our paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube. If you have a data-driven mindset, a passion for growth hacking, and expertise in Google Ads , we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads suite (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) . Own the ROAS & CAC metrics  — continuously improve performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative strategy. Keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and budget management across multiple SKUs. Collaborate with creative and product teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization. Set up and optimize conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution models . Stay updated with latest Google Ads trends, AI tools, and industry best practices . Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in Google Ads performance marketing , preferably in D2C or e-commerce. Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably. Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards . Hands-on experience in performance creative strategy . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment .
