Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and mission-aligned HR & Partnerships Associate to lead talent acquisition and ecosystem development in the healthcare and wellness domain. Your core mandate is to grow our network of physiotherapists, nutritionists, fitness trainers, and doctors —especially those experienced in senior care —and to build B2B partnerships with fitness centers and medical institutions . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding for: Physiotherapists with geriatric, post-op, and mobility rehab experience Nutritionists experienced in clinical, therapeutic, or senior-specific diets Fitness trainers with a background in functional fitness and elder-safe training Source candidates across key metro and Tier 1 cities using job boards, colleges, and networks Conduct screening, credential verification, and onboarding sessions Coordinate training, performance tracking, and retention for field talent Doctor & Specialist Network Building Identify and initiate relationships with GPs, geriatricians, and orthopedists. Facilitate Partnership and create incentive programs for medical professionals. B2B Outreach & Partnerships Drive partnerships with: Fitness centers & gyms to source or place qualified trainers Medical institutions, hospitals, and colleges for recruitment and case referrals Physiotherapy clinics to source leads Represent Kinetic Age in outreach meetings, events, and campus drives Support pilot programs or care collaborations with partner organizations What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 2–5 years of HR, talent acquisition, or partnerships experience in healthcare, wellness, or eldercare Proven experience onboarding nutritionists , physiotherapists , or fitness professionals Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills Tech-friendly: Google Suite, CRM tools & ATS Bonus: Existing network of clinical or wellness talent , including nutritionists and doctors Prior experience in senior care, rehabilitation, or functional health Exposure to B2B partnerships in wellness, medtech, or clinical outreach Why Join Us?
