Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer, located in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, quality control, electrical and structural engineering of solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining clear communication with project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications On-site experience and the ability to monitor and supervise solar plant activities Strong communication skills for effective coordination with project teams and stakeholders Quality control skills to ensure safety standards and project specifications are met Knowledge and expertise in structural engineering and civil engineering Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, related field Minimum 2 to3 years of experience in the solar ground mounted projects, is a must Proficiency in project management and Auto-cad
